Programme of performances, screenings and open studios during X-disciplinary Congress on Artistic Research

 On October 15-16, 2021 a programme of performances, screenings and open studios will be presented as part of the international congress “To Research or Not To Research in the Post-disciplinary Academy?”. It is jointly organized by the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’ Association (LTMKS), the cultural centre SODAS 2123, the doctoral department of the Vilnius Academy of Arts and the moderator dr. Vytautas Michelkevičius together with the curator dr. Akvilė Anglickaitė. The congress is being organized on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of doctoral studies in art in Lithuania.

More than 70 local and international artists and researchers will join in person and online to discuss “To Research or Not To Research in the Post-disciplinary Academy?”.

Congress will take place on-site in Vilnius Academy of Arts and in the new artists cultural complex SODAS 2123 between 14 and 17 October. It will offer an intensive programme of performances, screenings and open studios by artists-researchers. Please see the programme below.
