On 10 September 2026, Fragile Home<\/em>, an exhibition of members of the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists\u2019 Association (LIAA), curated by Aist\u0117 Kisarauskait\u0117, opens at Atletika Gallery.<\/span><\/p>\n The exhibition takes its starting point from the history of LIAA, marked by repeated moves from one temporary gallery space to another. Today, the fragility of home has acquired new meanings. Images of apartment blocks destroyed by missiles and the renewed threat of war prompt us to reconsider the safety of our cities and revive memories of ancestral homes lost to occupation. At the same time, the exhibition looks beyond anxiety and loss to other shifts shaping the present: renewed experiences of rural life, sheep farming and long winters in the countryside, mobility and consciously chosen forms of nomadism, as well as distant places that may become second \u2013 or even primary \u2013 homes.<\/span><\/p>\n During the opening, Vytautas Michelkevi\u010dius and Vaibai Ore will present the vocal, poetic and musical performance <\/span>Letmekoo: Swan Song or Cuckoo Call?<\/span><\/i> The years of LIAA history will unfold over thirty minutes through published books, historical facts both real and imagined, members of the Association, and the story of Letmekoo as a fragile yet safe home for generations of artists.<\/span><\/p>\n Participating artists: Lina Albrikien\u0117, \u017dygimantas Augustinas, Jurga Barilait\u0117, Marius Burokas, Rokas Dovyd\u0117nas, Laura Garb\u0161tien\u0117, Ar\u016bnas Gudaitis, Petras I\u0161ora and Ona Lozuraityt\u0117, Jurga Juodyt\u0117, Birut\u0117 Lemk\u0117, Saulius Leonavi\u010dius, Dainius Li\u0161kevi\u010dius, Tomas Marti\u0161auskis, Vytautas Michelkevi\u010dius and Vaibai Ore, Audrius Novickas, Martyna Ratnik, Marija \u0160nipait\u0117 and Dainius Trumpis.<\/span><\/p>\n Curator \u2013 Aist\u0117 Kisarauskait\u0117<\/span> Atletika Gallery, Vitebsko St. 21, Vilnius<\/span> Free admission.<\/span><\/p>\n Organised by the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists\u2019 Association.
